Amanda Moran is the executive director here at Chrysalis Advantage Point. Her work history is strong in management and also working with individuals with disabilities finding and maintaining jobs. Amanda worked for Abilities in Action as a job developer until she received funding from Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities to create a day service for adults with developmental disabilities that is driven toward an employment goal. Amanda works with OOD and DODD employment first initiative with innovative and new programming to help people move along a path to community employment. Amanda's passion can be seen by all and is forward thinking with person centered and tailored employment services for individuals anywhere on the path to community employment or engagement.
