Chrysalis’ ambitious vocational training programs designed to transition into community jobs for our participants. Through its numerous vocational partnerships, Chrysalis trainees build skills, endurance and work ethic. "Learning by doing" opportunities have been established with several local businesses/Organizations to gain experience, enhance skills and enrich ur community. All of these programs are staffed by qualified Job Coaches who challenge and guide developing workers in the direction of paid employment.

Families arrive at Chrysalis planning in anticipation of a major life transition. Chrysalis planning is about identifying specific steps that an individual will need to take in order to prepare for a successful transition including the strategies to overcome challenges along the way.

Each Person participating in the program will be paid for one hour of work daily, in his or her area of interest.
